By accessing or using AEOSpy (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

AEOSpy is an online whiteboard tool built and operated by an indie developer. Contact: hello@facile.codes.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). For school use, you confirm you have the required authority/consent.

You’re responsible for your account and keeping credentials secure. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

• Ownership: You own the content you create or upload.
• License to AEOSpy: A limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• Prohibited: Don’t upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content, including others’ personal data without permission.

• No disrupting the Service or other users.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing security.
• No malware or unlawful activity.

AEOSpy uses Google Firebase (Google Cloud) for hosting, storage, and authentication. Third-party terms may apply.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We’ll try to avoid breaking changes during school hours where possible.

AEOSpy’s code, branding, and site content are our IP. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our marks.

If you share ideas or feedback, you grant us a free, worldwide, irrevocable license to use them without obligation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE.

You agree to indemnify us from claims arising out of your content or misuse of the Service.

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate if you violate these Terms or law. On termination, your license to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia (excluding conflict rules). Courts in NSW have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version and update the date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
